4.1 Ownership and Rights

Purchasing a Headless Club NFT grants you membership access to our community platform. NFT ownership provides:

• Access to token-gated community chat rooms
• Participation in community events and discussions
• The underlying NFT artwork as specified in the NFT metadata

4.2 What You Do NOT Own

NFT ownership does NOT grant you:

• Copyright or trademark rights to The Headless Club brand
• Rights to create derivative works for commercial purposes
• Any equity or ownership stake in The Headless Club
• Guarantee of future value or appreciation

4.3 Blockchain Transactions

All NFT transactions are recorded on the blockchain and are final and irreversible. We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen NFTs due to compromised wallets
• Gas fees or other transaction costs
• Blockchain network congestion or failures
• Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities

5. Community Guidelines and Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other members
• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or explicit material
• Share others' personal information without consent
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Spam, advertise, or promote commercial content without permission
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit community members
• Share medical advice or claim to be a healthcare professional (unless verified)
• Encourage self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behaviors
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5.2 Confidentiality

While we encourage a supportive environment, please understand that community chat is NOT confidential. Do not share information you want to keep completely private. What is shared in the community should stay in the community, but we cannot guarantee confidentiality.

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or pose a risk to our community.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on our platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our Services.
